       Linear Tape Open (LTO) Ultrium-3 (400/800GB) Cartridge. Reliable
        high-capacity storage and long archival life. The third generation
        of LTO, Ultrium-3 (LTO3) has a native capacity of 400 GB per
        cartridge and a native transfer rate up to 80MB/second.
       TDKs exclusive, ultra-fine Super Finavinx magnetic particles and the
        companys dual-layer coating technology provide magnetic layer
        uniformity to the nanometer order. Because total tape uniformity is
        required to realize the stable recording and playback of data and
        servo signals, TDK also employed advanced slitter technology to cut
        the tape with absolute accuracy.
       The TDK LTO Ultrium 3 D2406-LTO3 data cartridges high-precision
        cartridge mechanism guarantees superior data integrity. From the
        leader pin (a critical access point for the drive) to the circular
        reel drum (which winds the tape), every component has been designed
        to the highest standards. Throughout the development process,
        expertise gained from the successful development of its LTO Ultrium
        1 and 2 cartridges, as well as other recording media, proved
        invaluable to TDKs efforts. Offering breakthrough speed and storage
